Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position requiring reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. No experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually at 6:15 AM daily and work until the job is complete.
- Perform physical labor such as digging holes and trenches.
- Install sod, trees, shrubs, and perennials according to landscape plans.
- Spread and install mulch, rock, and other materials.
- Assist in cutting trees, hauling logs, and removing landscape debris.
- Operate basic hand tools, shovels, and wheelbarrows.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Dependability is a must – We need individuals who show up on time and ready to work.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is more important.
