Position : Vice President, Business Development & Client Services
Location : New York City (Hybrid : Mon, Wed, Thurs in-office; flexibility on Tues & Fri)
Overview :
This is a strategic and high-impact leadership role within the senior team, offering the opportunity to shape the agency's future growth and success. The Vice President of Business Development & Client Services will leverage expertise in client relationship management and business development to drive global expansion, oversee high-profile campaigns, and mentor a talented team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing & Global Growth : Design and implement marketing strategies to elevate the agency's global presence, including expanding digital service offerings such as social media and audience engagement.
- Client Management & Revenue : Lead 8-10 high-profile client campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Meet and exceed mid-six-figure new business goals through proactive solutions and exceptional service.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Business Acquisition : Build and leverage a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media contacts to drive new business opportunities and expand the agency's reach.
- Strategic Growth : Lead the development of new service offerings, refine operational processes, and oversee the execution of PR and marketing campaigns for a global clientele.
