Multimedia Marketing Specialist

Overview

Kadant Solutions Division is pursuing a qualified candidate for a Multimedia Marketing Specialist for its Auburn, MA location. The Multimedia Marketing Specialist creates marketing materials related to Kadant Solutions' marketing programs that drive our sales enablement efforts and enhance our brand presence. The candidate will participate in planning, development, and execution of various content marketing, advertising, and public relations programs including digital marketing initiatives on social media and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging social media content using Canva and / or other graphics programsAdminister and execute social media strategy using AgorapulseCreate and produce promotional communication materials including blog articles, brochures, flyers, bulletins, catalogs, and other collateral materialTake photos and videos at the Auburn facility for inclusion in marketing materialsDigitize historic photos and catalog company historyTrack and report on campaign performance to show ROIWork with third party vendors to manage online advertising / PPC campaignsOrganize, support, and attend internal and external events including sales meetings, trade shows, optimization clinics, webinars, and customer training sessionsAdminister Kadant Solutions' eStore participationSupport the development of internal product training videos in collaboration with Human Resources and subject matter expertsCollaborate with Human Resources to uphold companywide branding and provide brand training to internal employees as requiredOther duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Marketing and Organizational DevelopmentWho is Kadant Solutions Division?

Minimum Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a business-to-business environment.

Working knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts and strategiesAbility to work independently with profound planning and organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong time management skills to ensure timely delivery of projectsExceptional written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail in proofreading, grammar, and copywriting.Working knowledge and understanding of printing processes, file preparation for printing, and graphic design principles.Proficient in graphic design software including Photoshop, In Design, and IllustratorExpertise in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro a plusWorking knowledge of photography

There will be some travel requirements for this role. This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing and Organizational Development.
