Job Summary: The Program Supervisor provides clinical and case management support under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (“BCBA”) or other state-approved licensed individual. The Program Supervisor completes these tasks specific to his/her assigned client caseload, which may be provided in clinics, homes, schools, and other community settings. The Program Supervisor provides supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (“RBTs”), per Behavior Analyst Certification Board (“BACB”) standards..
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings, and funding sources.
- Assist in conducting developmental skills assessments, such as (but not limited to) the ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, and/or VB-MAPP, in order to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
- Coordinate on‑site consultation during intervention sessions to overlap with members of the direct care team to observe, coach, and train clinical staff.
- Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments, including Functional Analyses, and subsequent function-based behavior plans, in conjunction with the supervising BCBA/licensed individual.
- Management metrics to other clinical team members (i.e., all Behavior Technicians).
- Provide one-to-one intervention services to cover BT, SBT, and LBT absences or vacations.
- Assist with monitoring of generalization training during sessions and across social opportunities, schools, community settings, and client homes.
- Assist with data collection for evaluating interrater reliability, treatment integrity, and quality assurance.
- Participate in and/or lead client clinic meetings, staff meetings, and trainings at the cadence designated by the supervising BCBA, Clinical Director, or licensed supervisor.
- Meet with supervising BCBA at least one time monthly, off-site and face-to-face, to review cases.
- Meet with supervising BCBA or licensed supervisor on-site with each client at least once per month. Supervision from the BCBA and/or licensed supervisor must be equal to at least 5% of the Program Supervisor’s clinical work, per BACB guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all Kadiant team members, clients, and other service providers.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field (education required; listed fields of study preferred).
- Enrollment in an ABAI accredited program or BACB approved ABA course sequence towards the BCaBA and/or BCBA certification (required).
