We are currently seeking a Sr. Brand Strategy Consultant. This role will lead strategic planning, development and creative project execution, and provide clients with strategic input and subject matter expertise. Prior work experience at a marketing, advertising, communication or digital agency in a client facing role is an absolute must to be successful in this role. Healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities :
Develop knowledge of clients’ business, competitive challenges, and how key strategic issues could impact client / agency objectives.
Create and lead the development of the clients’ overall brand strategy, including defining brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Identifying and initiating partnerships, collaborations, or sponsorships that can enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Uncovering useful and relevant insights to inspire creative teams and initiate campaign development
Staying on top of the latest marketing research, brand tactics, and industry trends, as well as evaluating when it may be time to try something new.
Ensuring that marketing strategies and brand initiatives align with the overall goals and vision of the client.
Tracking metrics and KPIs to measure the success of individual marketing campaigns.
Exceptional ability in research consulting, complemented by advanced analytical skills.
Required Skills :
You have a good knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
You have excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with the media
You are adept at building relationships, and liaising with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in matrix environments
You are a strong leader who has built, scaled, and led high-performing marketing teams
You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on
Required Experience :
8 years of relevant client facing work experience required.
Agency experience required.
B2B or B2B2C experience preferred.
Strategic development within marketing or advertising agencies
The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
