What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager position at Kadima at Lititz?
The primary purpose of the job position is to develop, implement and maintain systems to operate the business offices for our quaint three nursing homes in Palmyra, Campbelltown and Lititz areas in an effective, efficient manner so that the facility will be financially sound. Responsible for all Medicaid Applications, Private collections, and handling of Resident funds. Compiles accounting statistics and functions as the account liaison between the facility and the corporate office. Follows all regulations and policies under which the facility is governed.
Experience with Point Click Care, and Microsoft Office is preferred
Healthcare Experience is required.
