Description

Under the general supervision of the MGR PATIENT ACCESS / SCHEDULING, performs patient registration and pre-registration of scheduled accounts, verify insurance coverage, benefits, and obtains pre-certification, referral or authorizations as needed per insurance requirements; Participates in the collection of up-front revenue due the facility and provides quality customer service to internal and external customers.

Shift Details : Part-time, 24 hours weekly, Variable shift

Required Qualifications :

  • 6 months - Customer service experience.
