BIM GIS Coordinator II – VDC Administrator

Overview:
The VDC Administrator supports BIM implementation and document management systems for the Build-LACCD program. This role works closely with the BIM Manager, PMO, and college teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, and properly tracked.
Key Responsibilities:

Location & Schedule:
- West Los Angeles
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite (Mon–Thurs), 1 remote day (Fri)
Overview:
The VDC Administrator supports BIM implementation and document management systems for the Build-LACCD program. This role works closely with the BIM Manager, PMO, and college teams to ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, and properly tracked.
Key Responsibilities:
- BlueBeam: Manage studio sessions, provide training, and offer general support
- ProjectWise: Oversee database, manage users, upload/download files, provide training, and monthly reporting
- QA/QC: Review DSA/CD/As-Built/redline drawing sets for completeness and compliance
- GIS & BIM Modeling: Provide support using ArcGIS, Revit, Lidar, and assist with supplemental modeling
- Communication & Reporting: Liaise with college teams, track deliverables, and report to the PMO
- Travel: Visit campuses as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Mgmt, Architectural Engineering, or related field (or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 1 year of experience as a VDC Coordinator, Project Engineer, or similar role
