What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Sales Manager position at Kaeser Compressor, Inc.?
We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Houston, TX location. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will:
- Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel.
- Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
- Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
- Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.
- Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.
Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate’s background will include:
- HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
- 3-5 years' management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
- The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
- Clean driving record (required).
- Computer skills (required).
- SAP experience A PLUS!
