Job Description
A successful candidate should have experience in the majority of these daily tasks:
- Contacting direct customers and vendors by email and phone.
- Reading and understanding all types of contracts and agreements, to include legal terminology.
- Redlining contracts and agreements for sales, service, and purchasing.
- Leading and taking part in discussions and negotiations with direct customers and vendors on suggested redlines.
- , Redlining Confidentiality agreements.
- Completing customer and vendor forms.
- Requesting, reviewing, and providing feedback on Certificates of Liability Insurance for customers and vendors.
- Setting up and maintaining company documentation for customer purchase and safety online portals. Familiarity with ISN, Avetta and PEC is a plus.
- Prioritizing tasks with success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; AA or BA Degree preferred
- 1-3 years sales/service customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
