We are seeking individuals to fill the position of Intern - Branch Operations for our Fredericksburg, VA location. The chosen candidate(s) will participate in lead-follow up and customer interaction review.
The candidate selected to fill this role will have responsibilities to consist of, but not limited to:
- Working with the assigned department to learn Kaeser's processes, product line, and general business practices.
- Providing suggestions to Management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learning internal software systems.
- Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, shredding, and other projects as assigned by the Manager.
- Professionally represent Kaeser at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- Eager to learn and work with various departments within Kaeser.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
- A desire to have conversations with prospective customers.
