Our sales team operates in a highly data-driven and collaborative environment, emphasizing analytical rigor and entrepreneurial creativity in our interactions with small to medium-sized merchant partners.

The Director of Business Development will lead the way in cultivating a robust pipeline of opportunities with either a national or large regional presence.

This role champions the business development function at Kafene by identifying avenues for enhancing opportunities to achieve sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet quarterly revenue targets while effectively managing the pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Network and source leads to consistently reach new potential clients.
• Continuously analyze sales performance data to improve decision-making.
• Achieve monthly net revenue goals and surpass sales targets.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in financial services sales or selling services/products to retailers, with a consistent track record of exceeding goals and expectations.
• Experience and a deep understanding of business development and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated executive presence.
• Deep knowledge of sales strategy and operations.
