What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Barista position at Kaffee Vonsolln?
Kaffee Vonsolln in Portsmouth is hiring! We are a small, family-owned coffee shop and roaster in the downtown looking to expand our team. We’re seeking friendly, hard-working baristas/counter help who thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment. The ability to self-direct to complete projects and finish prep work is very important, as is forming a connection with our loyal and friendly group of customers to give them the best possible experience. Throughout our day, we help customers, prepare food and drinks, prep for the next shift, fill orders, and maintain the shop through cleaning and organization. While some previous experience with coffee is heavily preferred, we are willing to train the right person. We are hiring for part-time positions (approximately 15-20 hours a week).
