Salary Range: $89,700-$112,000 MICP: 25%

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the overall successful operations of KAG tank wash business unit including commercialization efforts, safety practices, and capital planning for facilities.

Essential Functions

• Commercialize tank wash operations where market needs exist, including establishment of tank cleaning rates, customer contract management, and sales development.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to create annual plans- budgetary, sales, capital.
• Responsible for P/L of Tank Wash business.
• Work with state and federal government agencies to assure KAG tank wash facilities (and all other KAG operating locations) are within standards.
• KPI development for Tank Wash operating efficiency.
• Responsible for safe operation of tank wash locations.
• Responsible for Customer Audits, Q/A Programs that are aligned with industry and customer standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in transportation or equivalent related experience preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in tank wash operations or business-related skills
• EHS background
• Tank wash operations background
• Leadership skills
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Bachelor of Science in related field of study
