Position Summary
This position is responsible for developing IT solutions and systems.
Essential Functions
- Design and develop client server solutions/web applications
- Define and implement the SQL Server objects
- Develop code, maintain data structures, and create documentation
- Assist other developers with complex development and performance issues
- Ensure that development projects integrate well into the environment
- Provide ongoing customer support by providing proactive monitoring, system/application related problem resolution and general question responses
- Provide 24x7 support of systems developed and maintained
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related equivalent experience
- Experience in developing applications using Microsofts .Net development environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of T-SQL
- Strong Relational Database knowledge, specifically DB design and normalization
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Visio, etc.)
- Strong design, development, coding, testing, and debugging skills
- Effective oral and written communications skills
