Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Service Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance for our fleet of commercial vehicles, ensuring they are safe and efficient on the road.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Repair and replace faulty parts as needed, using diagnostic equipment to identify the root cause of the issue.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete complex repairs and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair is preferred.
- Certification as a (DOT) commercial motor vehicle inspector is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is also required.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with diagnostic software is an asset.
