Job Description :
KAG is offering a Business Support - Management Development program to college graduates who have interest in a building career in any of our support departments. This program was created to mold and develop the future leaders of our company. You will spend 6 months in a rotational program learning all aspects of KAG. This opportunity will teach you all of the skills of leadership, professional business, and which department fits you as an individual. You will be rotated across various departments, travel to 2 of our terminals, participate in classroom courses, and be exposed to networking opportunities to prepare you for a career of advancement within the company.
