Essential Job Duties:
· Define, then perform oversight of local, regional, national sales, promotions, and campaigns
· Planning, directing and oversight for hiring and training of current sales representative and Account Executives
· Set aggressive sales goals and quotas
· Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
· Oversight, coordination, and direction of measurable performance for all sales team members
· Handling and resolving customer/dealer complaints regarding products or services
· Determine price schedules and determine discount rates
· Advise dealers on policies and Standard procedures.
· Be the representative of Kage Brand to internal and external partners and potential partners.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Qualifications
· Ability and desire to work in a manufacturing environment
· Top tier interpersonal, customer service, sales, and communication skills
· Strong, strategic analytical skills to identify trends and buying patterns
· Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate in a team atmosphere
· Proven ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
· Proven experience in lead generation, CRM and web software and analytics
· Proven ability to teach and coach all sales team members
· Demonstrated ability to effectively interact across multiple levels of the organization and across function
· Top tier planning, organizational, problem solving and time management skills
· Minimum of five (5) years Sales Manager experience in BTB and BTC of consumer package goods
· Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
· Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree preferred
Working conditions
This position will be subject to hot and cold environments. Regular evening and weekend work in certain seasons are necessary, including differential shift work and working outdoors.
Physical requirements
This can be a physically demanding job. You will be expected to assist in any areas where needed. Lifting of 50-100 lbs. while performing repetitive tasks with few breaks is expected.
