Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Provide accurate information about the resort and nearby attractions
- Use POS systems accurately for retail transactions
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
- Support resort operations and assist other departments when needed
- Handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently
- Help with signage, flyers, and guest communication materials
- Learn and use resort systems (LiveRez, Podium, GateMaster)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, friendly attitude and a team-player mindset
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in small areas
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
