Kahana Feld is seeking a full time Legal Billing Specialist who is organized, detail oriented, and dependable. Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and have comprehensive experience within the legal industry. This position requires a highly motivated, organized professional capable of functioning in a fast-paced, challenging legal environment.

Duties and Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary)
- Review and verify accuracy of bills and supporting documentation as required; ensure that invoices comply with Firm policies and client guidelines
- Upload invoices to various eBilling portals
- Monitor all invoices in ebilling portals and track the approval process as required
- Communicate with 3rd party payers to resolve billing / payment discrepancies
- Process appeals in eBilling portals as required
- Provide timely and effective customer service to internal and external clients
- Prepare analysis of client accounts and produce monthly reports
- Follow-up with clients regarding past-due invoices
- Create and send invoices and supporting documentation to clients.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
