Salary Description
$25-$35 per hour DOE
Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Work can be performed with or without accommodations.

The Firmwide Marketing Coordinator will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives as well as business development needs across the firm.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate venue logistics, invitations, mailing lists, RSVPs, and email communication for internal and external attorney and client-related events, dinners, conferences, and seminars.
- Plan and coordinate sponsorships, including interfacing directly with the organization, registering attorneys for events, and coordinating all sponsorship benefits such as ads and logos.
- Assist in compiling and organizing data for the annual budget and monthly expense reports.
- Maintain and regularly update social media platforms; manage and schedule posts and update the website utilizing Hootsuite and SociableKIT.
- Design and prepare social media graphics and other marketing materials utilizing Canva and other platforms.
- Assist with the submission and completion of RFPs, proposals, and custom pitch packets; liaise with the various departments as necessary.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate firmwide events such as donation drives and fundraisers.
- Organize, prepare and host virtual meetings and webinars.
- Assist with business development expense requests and tracking.
- Provide support for content maintenance on the firm’s website.
- Generate and update marketing materials as requested by department members, such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of awards, directories, and rankings submissions.
- Other projects and assignments as needed.
- Minimum two years of experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong proficiency with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, and/or SociableKIT preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
