Responsibilities
- Taking guest room service orders over the phone.
- Set-up and delivery of room service orders to guests.
- Bussing trays from guest rooms/hallways.
- G eneral area stocking and clean up.
- Break-down and set up for next shift.
- Maintain Kahler Grand standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service.
- Other job related duties as assigned including cross training.

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with using the computer
- 6 months – 1 year prior serving experience preferred.
- Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
