The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of the Front of House Food and Beverage (F&B) operations at the Kahler collection of hotels. This role includes managing the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compensation Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
