Internet Assistant -Bluebonnet Chrysler RAM Dodge & Bluebonnet Certified
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly self-driven Internet Assistant. The Internet Assistant will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries and leads, converting leads into appointments, and ultimately into sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Must have professional phone voice able to take and make calls to guests. Other communications would include text and email providing detailed information about vehicle specifications. Monitor all leads in VIN Solutions CRM. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online interactions to in-person meetings. Create and confirm leads, close open showroom visits and put into the proper follow up status.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organization and detail skills are a plus. Must be a team player and great communicator with a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM is essential. Schedule does include every other weekend.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in internet sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
