Service Porter - North Park Subaru of Dominion
Our company offers an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Service Porter. The Service Porter supports the service department by performing essential tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Keeps service vehicles prepared for customer delivery
- Retrieves cars from inventory when needed
- Fills service vehicles with gas
- Washes and details cars if needed
- Transports vehicles to and from offsite locations for additional work
- Assists in maintaining a clean and organized service area
- Helps perform physical inventory monthly
- Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
Requirements

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License (must be insurable and able to drive a standard transmission).
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
