What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Shop Supervisor - Off Shift position at KAHM Consulting, LLC.?
In this position you will be supporting and supervising all manufacturing operations for your shift. You will be a part of hiring, training and developing employees as well as maintain operational excellence. You will work closely with the manufacturing manager to ensure that all policies, programs and procedures are executed at a high level.
Experience :
- 5-8 years' experience in a fast-paced high precision machining or industrial machining and assembly environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams
- Knowledge of CNC programming / tool operating processes
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
- Strong ability to make decision in a fast-paced environment and problem solve
