The role
As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will drive revenue growth by expanding Kahoot!'s footprint in the K-12 markets. You will lead enterprise sales efforts, working closely with school districts, higher education institutions, and key decision-makers to implement Kahoot!'s solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector. As Senior Manager, the role is responsible for a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
Revenue growth & market expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive enterprise revenue
- Identify, pursue, and close large-scale business opportunities with school districts and institutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, Administrators, and Educators)
Pipeline & Customer Engagement
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue growth
- Work with Sales & Customer Success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer needs, product feedback, and risks to drive retention
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Operations & Tools Mastery
- Utilize HubSpot, Power BI, and other tools for pipeline and sales management
- Ensure all sales activities, leads, and forecasts are accurately tracked
- Support revenue initiatives across Kahoot! Group products, including Clever
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 7 years of sales experience, including district sales experience in K-12 or Higher Education
- 3 years of experience managing a sales team
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Solid understanding of working and improving processes to maximize the outcome
- Ability to lead through coaching and getting the best performance out of your team.
