- Assist residents in achieving their highest practicable level of functioning while ensuring their comfort.
- Report observations and concerns to the Charge Nurse and care team.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
- Follow patient care plans and assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
- Perform documentation as required per policy and procedure.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational programs.
- CNA Certification in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written directions.
- Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using relevant patient care equipment.
