Pay: Starting at $21/hour $1,000 bonus after working 45 days
Experience: One year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or as a Home Health Aide or successful completion of a 6-month intensive St. Francis Home Health Aide on-the-job program.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

- Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare providers.
- Provide medication reminders and help with vital sign monitoring under supervision.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Transport clients as needed, ensuring safe and timely travel.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care.
- Valid driver’s license, personal automobile for business use, and a clean driving record.
- Current CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and composure in all interactions.
- Ability to handle medical equipment and follow care plans independently.
