Position: Medical Front Desk

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $20/hour

Experience:

• Prior administrative or reception experience is required.
• EMR system experience is required.
  
  

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm!

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Wednesday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Medical Front Desk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Answer and transfer phone calls and relay messages.
• Greet and check in patients as they arrive.
• Verify patient insurance information.
• Assist in scheduling medical appointments.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC/AKAMAI software is helpful but not required (training will be provided).
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) and organizational skills.
