Experience:
- 1 year of experience in all phases of radiologic technology as a staff R.T.
- 1 year of MRI experience.
- Completion of Associate of Science Degree in Radiology Technology.
- Must be registered with the ARRT or ARMRIT.

Job Description:
- Conducting MRI procedures in accordance with quality control standards and department protocols.
- Demonstrating proficiency in all department areas, including technical operations, reception, and scheduling.
- Assisting with patient transfer, positioning, and post-procedure care.
- Ensuring the prompt transfer of images to PACS for accurate interpretation.
- Identifying and addressing operational challenges, implementing solutions as needed.
- Maintaining ethical and professional conduct in accordance with A.R.R.T. and company standards.
- Following all isolation and safety protocols during patient procedures.
- Assisting physicians, nurses, and clerical staff by screening patients, starting IVs, placing coils, and preparing for procedures.
- Collecting prior imaging, screening forms, and relevant patient data before exams.
- Maintaining and cleaning MRI equipment and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide quality patient care.
- Strong understanding of MRI equipment, physics, safety protocols, and medical terminology.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
