- Previous experience in hospital and parking security
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
- General computer proficiency
- Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance
- Proficient in operating various types of vehicles
- Capable of working effectively under stressful situations and in emergencies
- Team-oriented with a focus on fostering collaboration and preparing others to work together
- Proactive leadership with the ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions
- Hawaii Guard Card (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
