We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and ensuring the facilities are in optimal condition.
## Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and HVAC system maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment and perform repairs as needed
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
## Skills
- Proficiency in logic controllers and reading schematics
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
- Strong customer service skills to interact with residents and staff professionally
