Construction Manager (CM) - DFW Airport
Responsible for coordination and monitoring of overall field construction administration activities and / or management of engineering services on projects of a diverse nature in accordance with design specifications to assure that construction projects are completed in compliance with the drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule. Job responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing the CM team, construction coordinators, and other staff
- Assist PM in change management & scope development
- Liaison between contractors / end users and authorities having jurisdiction
- Has a detailed knowledge of the preparation, updating, and maintenance of the project schedule
- Leading meetings as necessary and recording, preparing, and distributing high level meeting minutes
- Close coordination with the Project Manager
- Providing input to monthly pay application
- Analyze claims and changes
- Provides solutions to challenges during construction
- Closeout
- Excellent communication is important
- Alternative delivery (Design Build / CMAR) experience
