Responsibilities
Monitors and documents individual activities performed by the contractor to monitor compliance with specifications, plans, and other contract provisions. Works closely with experienced engineers/CM on various field projects to develop field experience in techniques, approaches, and procedures and the nature of engineering systems, equipment, etc. Job responsibilities will include:

Monitors and documents individual activities performed by the contractor to monitor compliance with specifications, plans, and other contract provisions. Works closely with experienced engineers/CM on various field projects to develop field experience in techniques, approaches, and procedures and the nature of engineering systems, equipment, etc. Job responsibilities will include:
- CCs report to CM and PM
- Audits Applications for payment
- Quality Control
- Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, project related correspondence, and daily inspection reports
- Helps with document control
- Tracks and documents non-conforming work
- Helps process change orders, claims, and revisions to schedules and budgets
- Closeout
- Communication is important
