We’re looking for someone who can bring the spirit of the islands to every cocktail, create unforgettable experiences, and keep the good vibes flowing all night long.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Crafting signature tropical drinks, tiki classics, and creative concoctions that’ll transport guests straight to the beach

• Putting your personality behind the bar — making every guest feel like part of the Kaia’s ohana (family)

• Keeping the bar area looking as fresh as a sea breeze (clean, organized, and stocked)

• Juggling orders like a pro — speed, accuracy, and a smile are key!

• Sharing your knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and island-inspired flavors

• Bringing energy, laughter, and Aloha spirit to every shift.

You Are:

• A ready-to-learn enthusiast with bartending experience

• Friendly, outgoing, and love chatting with guests as much as pouring drinks

• Quick on your feet, cool under pressure, and can handle a packed bar without breaking a sweat

• Passionate about tropical drinks, good vibes, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment

• Reliable, team-oriented, and all about delivering top-notch service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
