Summary: As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for all guest communications,
including inquiries, reservations, and in-house guest concerns. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats, providing detailed information about property rates, availability, amenities, and the surrounding area, and assisting with sales of travel insurance and bike rentals. You will also be tasked with addressing elevated guest situations, ensuring smooth relocations, and maintaining accurate property records. Above all, you'll be expected to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience, all while meeting sales goals and adhering to company policies.

- Monitor and reply to all guest communication via phone, text, chat, and email in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up on all guest & reservations needs and requests
- Provide guests with the requested information concerning the properties, rates, availability, the amenities and the surrounding area
- Agent must be effective in sales and customer service and adhere to the company’s sales and service philosophies
- Job duties will require outbound calls to guests and data entry of online reservations
- Assure daily tasks are completed to include, but not limited to, all balances are paid, all rental agreements are signed, all guests receive check in information, and provide prompt follow up and follow through to all customers, both internal and external.
- Booking Reservations , Bike Sales , Travel Insurance Sales
- Front Desk Duties; Checking Guest In, Checking Out Guest, Assisting HOA in day to day operations with Amenities on the property.
- Multi Tasking in many different systems
- Work Orders Entered - Effectively documenting Work Orders
