Summary: Acts as liaison between homeowners and Management Company. Ensures branding and quality control in rental properties. Delivers courteous, prompt service, and follow up to all owner needs. Takes direct accountability for the upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of the rental homes with the direction and approval of the homeowner. Ensures properties stay maintained at such a level that promotes profitability for the owner and 30A Escapes. Establishes strong and lasting, professional relationships with each assigned homeowner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Takes over communication with the assigned homeowner at the time of contract signing. Efficiently handles a smooth onboarding process for the homeowner. Introduces all new properties personally to the Property Manager & Ambassador team to set them up for success in keeping the home guest-ready and inputting all applicable guest information for the home. Makes purchases and schedules services with the input of the homeowner. Ensures accuracy of all billing for in-house maintenance charges, external vendor charges, and housekeeping charges for each assigned home. Handles any maintenance emergencies swiftly and completely, provides exceptional follow-up communication, and photos to the homeowner. Responsible for inspection and maintenance and housekeeping QA for all owner and owner guest arrivals. Walks properties weekly in rotation to inspect the condition of the home and keep familiarity with properties. Maintains and updates all property and location information on all platforms, which is paramount for a great guest experience. Follows up on cleanliness and cleaning status for homes. Handles minor cleaning discrepancies to help with timely check-ins. Handles all guest inquiries and concerns professionally and with personal accountability. Communicates as a respectful, helpful team member to other departments. Serves as a mentor and support to the Owner Relations Manager team.

- Accurate and Courteous onboarding of new properties
- Ensure proper professional welcome to all new owners
- Handles all owner inquiries and concerns personally
- Makes recommendations to homeowners to keep their property in prime rental condition and positioned for profitability and guest satisfaction
- Schedules all services and vendors needed for upkeep and repairs of the property
- Sees all projects through to completion and ensures accurate billing to damage waiver or the homeowner.
- Communicates directly with multiple departments to address any maintenance, cleaning, or condition issues for the property
- Routine QA Checks of the property to ensure continued familiarity with the home and continued quality from our team and vendors.
- Meets or exceeds deadlines given by homeowners, and internal team.
- Accurate and Courteous off-boarding and all related tasks
- Works cohesively with the Property Manager and Ambassadors to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction

- Assists PM Team with property inspections on Saturdays in peak season
