• Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests, and the Management Company.
• Provides friendly, courteous service and follow-up.
• First contact for all issues, requests, and questions.
• Field issues and requests for owners and guests.
• Maintained condition and damage control for homes/units.
• Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, and emailing.
• Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests.
• Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner that is beneficial to all involved.
• Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.
