Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the cleaning or facilities management industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, for cleaning services.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and expectations. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  • Team Management:

- Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.

- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team performance.

- Manage scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions as needed.

  • Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality assurance processes to monitor the effectiveness of cleaning services.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

- Address any issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships.

- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and management.

- Collaborate with clients to adjust services according to their evolving needs.

  • Operational Oversight:

- Manage procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 -5 years of experience in project management within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
