MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-services. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.
What You Can Expect :
- This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, which is the equivalent of 32 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
- Provide primary care for patients in your community
- Staff clinical sessions at medical centers during clinic hours of 8a-5pm, with approximately 4 to 4 ½ working hours per clinical session
- Work a consistent schedule of either 4 full days or 3 full days and two ½ days in clinic and enjoy either one full day or two ½ days off
- No weekend work, no call schedule, no rotations
- Daily dedicated admin time
- Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR
- Treat patients in clinic via in-person, video and phone appointments

The starting annual salary for this position is $240,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
