Job Description

Job Title : Adult Services Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Critical Need

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12 hours, 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
Two years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred

License :

Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided

Certifications :

Basic Life Support

Advanced Cardiac Life Support

NIH Stroke Scale Certificate preferred

CCRN preferred

Must-Have :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Job Description :

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit

Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and protocols

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

Monitor, assess, and evaluate the condition of patients

Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex patient care issues

Maintain a safe and clean work environment for patients and staff

Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current knowledge in critical care nursing techniques and best practices
