Department Description:
Lead defining and managing D&A reference architecture patterns and guide implementation planning to champion D&A strategy
Responsible for D&A capability technology standards management including adoption, currency, rationalization and non-standard retirement.
Lead defining best-fit architecture guidance frameworks for enterprise D&A tools and technologies across various D&A capability domains involved in end-to-end data and analytics lifecycle i.e. data persistence, data management, data preparation, and other data analytics processes to meet the enterprise D&A needs.
Define, manage & evolve Data architecture strategy in partnership with D&A Data Enablement team.
Data Modeling Standards Management & Assessment Service (ARB & SDLC) (Data Architecture Tool Management).
Data Design Standards Management for reusable data products (Data Information Strategy).
Define, manage & evolve AI/ML Platform architecture and direct the implementation in collaboration with D&A & IT Teams
Establish strong relationship with business and IT leaders to be trusted technical advisors via providing below D&A Architecture Advisory Services
ARB Governance engagements & D&A Product/Project consulting
Pre-Implementation Architecture Review Service
Partner with EA & IT teams to support strategy development & execution planning for other technology domains.
Internship Project(s):
Contribute to AI/ML technology evaluation efforts to support our D&A architecture technology rationalization planning/implementation efforts. Develop programmatic templates for streamlining D&A data architecture management and ResponsibleAI framework enhancement/integration for our newly deployed cloud AI/ML platforms.
Target Majors:
Computer Science; Math/Statistics; Data Science
Target Skills:
Database Management: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Knowledge of NoSQL databases can also be beneficial.
Big Data Technologies: Exposure to big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka, especially for handling large datasets.
Programming Skills: Basic programming skills, preferably in languages relevant to data processing like Python, Java, or Scala.
Machine Learning: Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. Experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch can be advantageous.
Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with data modeling tools. Ability to design and understand logical and physical data models.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with data scientists, analysts, IT professionals, and business stakeholders.
Learning and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing technological landscapes.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to contribute to project planning and execution.
