This position is responsible for providing high-quality oral care services to KPDCP members, focusing on preventive, maintenance, and therapeutic dental treatments. Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' oral health needs, developing tailored plans to address these requirements.
- Administer routine oral hygiene procedures, including cleaning, polishing, and applying topical fluoride treatments.
- Document patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, adhering to relevant regulations and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Applied Science or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Current Dental Hygienist License (Oregon).
- Active National Provider Identifier and Basic Life Support Certification.
