Key Role Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and related equipment safely, ensuring the fluid movement of materials. Package and label products in alignment with company protocols. Efficiently load and unload shipments, maintaining order and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date inventory records using fundamental computer skills. Leverage UPS WorldShip for effective shipping and tracking. Comply with safety standards and adhere to company policies. Foster a tidy and efficient workspace alongside your team. Collaborate effectively with peers to accomplish shared goals.

Required Qualifications

• Forklift License is advantageous.
• Experience with packaging and material handling is preferred.
• Meeting physical demands, including lifting, is crucial (able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently).
• High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Background in a manufacturing environment is favorable.
• Basic proficiency with computers, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of UPS WorldShip is a plus but not essential.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to following directions.
• Effective communication skills and a cooperative spirit.
