This is an in-office position
Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission & Bonus ($50,000 - $80,000 annually)

- Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals, and other targeted lists, etc.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while offering personalized investment solutions.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate investment products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
- Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements:
- Series 6, 63, and 65 licensing
- Experience as a Financial Advisor or an equivalent financial services role
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and a passion for educating clients on how to achieve their financial goals
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Commitment to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals

- Setting sales and growth goals
- Working closely with the agent and management to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
