The Role : California Sun is seeking energetic Spa Consultants to join our team! We are looking for individuals with a passion for making someone’s day, providing a Guest Obsessed experience and celebrating the wins!
Who you Work With : Our Spa Consultants work with a team of individuals in their spa location and our Corporate support team. Our emphasis on a family culture and creating a fun environment fosters a team that is energetic, dynamic, enjoys working together and loves to have fun while we work together to grow our brand!
Spa Consultant Responsibilities :
- Organize and manage daily tasks including cleaning, inventory and guest service.
- Educate guests on products and services to help achieve their desired results.
- Manage the register, count in and out your drawer at the start and end of shifts.
- Work with team members to maintain sanitizing and cleanliness expectations.
- Assist in turning service rooms and preparing services for the next guest.
- Process inventory shipments, both incoming and outgoing.
- This is a sales position.
Work Schedule : This position is part time and offers a flexible schedule, great for those in school or working another part time job!
