Job Details: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Assemble fabricated/purchased parts into sub-assemblies and completed cleaning machines according to a bill of materials
- Operate air tools and basic hand tools to assist in assembly operations
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls per company standards
- Maintain clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory.
- Reports discrepancies to supervisor
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment in a safe manner
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations
- Transports and loads materials and equipment on shipping dock with a hand truck or other vehicles (including forklift) as needed
- Able to meet company Quality and Production standards
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory
- Must be able to traverse distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, reaching and climbing a ladder
- Available to work extended hours
- Problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques
- Proficiency with inventory software, databases, and system (preferred)
- Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background investigation and drug screening
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Forklift permit highly preferred
- Former warehouse and/or production experience preferred
