Inventory Coordiantor

Job Requirements:

1. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles. Forklift operation experience is required.

2. Forklift Certification: Must possess a valid forklift operator certification with hands-on experience.

3. Skills:

• Proficient in warehouse operations and management processes.
• Familiar with warehouse management software and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. Legal Eligibility: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to shipping.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and manage the organization of goods within the warehouse.

3. Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move and stack materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

4. Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed, and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

6. Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory, order fulfillment, and other warehouse metrics as required by management.

7. Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring that products are handled correctly and without damage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
