We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to help define and drive the development of a technical solution (an Order Management System). This role will work on the Product Manager team, and work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, and a well-managed backlog.
The ideal candidate is an agile thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative problem solver who ensures that technical implementations align with business objectives and user needs.
This position is for a minimum 3 months with the possibility of an extension. It requires an onsite presence in Buckhead, GA 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and document requirements for technical and data-driven solutions, ensuring clarity for development & engineering teams.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to populate and manage the product backlog.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, and business stakeholders) to understand and document the work that is needed
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product development.
- Assist in defining and measuring key success metrics for technical implementations.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities for process and product optimization.
- 2 years of experience in a Technical Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role. Relevant experience in a technical development/engineering position may also be accepted.
- Experience working within an Agile development framework.
- Ability to write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria for technical teams. Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Experience with JIRA
- Hands-on experience with data-driven or technical solution implementations, including APIs, data pipelines, or integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure and analyze complex technical challenges.
- User-focused mindset with a keen ability to balance technical feasibility with business value.
- Hands-on development or engineering experience working with SQL, data analytics, data modeling, or supporting other large scale system implementations
- Experience with order management or other logistics-type solutions
